The Diocesan Council is composed of two priests and four laymen, all of whom are elected by the Diocesan Assembly. Alongside these elected members, the Diocesan Secretary, who also serves as the secretary of the Diocesan Assembly, assumes the role of secretary to the Diocesan Council. The elected members serve a five-year term, dedicating their time and expertise to the welfare of the diocese.

Managing Committee 2022-27
The Managing Committee, an integral administrative body within the Malankara Church, comprises elected officials from each Diocese. This dedicated team serves a five-year term and collaborates with nominated members appointed by the Malankara Metropolitan. Together, they oversee the financial and administrative affairs of the broader Church, working hand in hand with the members of the Working Committee.
