Balasamajam: Shaping Young Hearts and Minds
AKHILA MALANKARA BALASAMAJAM, the vibrant student wing of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church, is devoted to foster the comprehensive personal development of the youth within our Church. Its primary mission revolves around the pillars of worship, study, and virtuous living for both boys and girls within our congregation.
- In our diocese, a familiar structure is maintained, with the President being the Metropolitan, the Vice President selected by the Metropolitan, a General Secretary, and a Joint Secretary. Additionally, an Executive Committee plays a crucial role.
- Balasamajam actively organizes various events at the Central, Diocesan, and parish level. These include annual meets, camps, bible study classes, subject competitions, pilgrimages, tours, humanitarian services, and academic counseling.
